Boorowa was aglow with Christmas spirit last weekend, with the Christmas concert in the park, the Christmas Lights Competition and the Christmas spending spree.

Boorowa Business Chamber’s Amanda Serafin congratulated Caroline Anderson on winning the spending spree.

“We had a lot of entries for the spending spree,” Ms Serafin said.

“Most businesses contributed, which was great.”

When it came time to select the winners for the Christmas Lights competition, it was not an easy task.

“It would be great to see more entries in the rural section next year, but there were a large number of entries all up,” Ms Serafin said. “It was great.”
