Get ready for a creative adventure as the Hilltops Arts Community gears up to celebrate the 2024 NSW Seniors Festival during the Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail.

This year’s NSW Seniors Festival theme ‘Reach Beyond’ encourages seniors to step out of their comfort zones, explore new activities, and connect with fellow community members.

Young Society of Artists’ Heather Ruhl said they had so many wonderful seniors in their community, many of them volunteering to keep community members connected.

“Connection to community is so important for older people and the activities on offer during Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail can reduce social isolation in a fun and friendly way,” Ms Ruhl said.

“There is so much to see and do in our region.”

Hilltops Council, Southern Tablelands Arts, Hilltops Arts Inc, Young Society of Artists Inc, Hilltops Community Hub, and Hilltops Community Transport have joined forces to bring you specific events within the Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail that seniors would most enjoy.

Events on offer include the following:
