Centenary of Rye Park Soldier’s Memorial Hall

Did you know that Rye Park Soldiers’ Memorial Hall was built in 1923 to commemorate the men who fought in World War One?

To commemorate this important milestone, invitations have been issued to the community to participate in centenary celebrations.

Date: From 10am Saturday 22 April 2023

There will be morning tea and a sausage sizzle provided. The Annual Hall Sale of Gifts will follow after the celebrations starting at 2pm.

Any home-made or home-grown goods that you would like to donate such as fruit, vegetables or cooking would be greatly appreciated. Memorabilia recognizing our centenary will be available for purchase.

Come along and bring a friend, all welcome to come join us to celebrate our 100-year milestone!
