With just one week remaining until Harden Hospital Auxiliary’s monthly morning tea, residents are invited to drop in to hear from this month’s special guest speaker, Elke Cleverdon.
Not only is Ms Cleverdon a Director on the Boards of Murrumbidgee Local Health District, SWS Bank and Cattle Australia, but she is a Harden local.
“As a non-executive director of MLHD, I plan to contrast regional and urban health services generally,” Ms Cleverdon said. “(I’ll) provide a geographic footprint of MLHD and a population snapshot and current health services for the Young/Harden/Boorowa cluster. I’ll give personal reflections on challenges and opportunities.”
Ms Cleverdon will also share her non-executive director experience across other industry sectors along with her personal story and journey from migrating to Australia to now and end with a Q & A session.
The morning tea to be held on Thursday, November 7 at 10:30 am costs $10 per person and includes morning tea. Following the morning tea, members of the Auxiliary will gather for the November meeting.
