From Hilltops Council – Patrick Fitzgerald

It is with pleasure that I write my first column as a new Councillor of Hilltops.

I would like to thank all the people who voted for me, and I am committed to doing the best job I can.

So that I can achieve that aim I need people to contact me with issues and matters of concern. My email address is at the end of this column and I would welcome all contributions.

Another avenue for contributions is through our request for information on Hilltops Waste Services.

Council is seeking feedback from the community regarding service levels, frequency of service, areas to be covered by kerbside collections and fees and charges for the delivery of waste services. Go to the Hilltops Council website and have your say so that Council can make the most appropriate decision on this vital area.
