Harden will kickstart this year’s Mother’s Day celebrations with a street party along Neil Street.
With specials to be found at Ohana Collection, Ziems Quality Meats, Harden Bearings and Hardware as well as complementary beauty and hair services from Prestige Beauty and Athair, Harden’s street party will happen today from 3:30 pm to 6 pm.
Artists, or those who dream of becoming artists, can decorate the street with their best chalk drawings just past Flemings Property Service.
Keep your eyes peeled for The Aristocratic Bugs, with their flash of colour, roaming around the party.
Grab a hot dog from Junior League and a slushie from the Public School and park yourself for a martial arts demonstration at the old NAB building.
The Rotary stall will have sausage sandwiches, fresh fruit, jams and preserves, adult-sized pure-wool beanies and hair scrunchies and ties.
Trinity Primary School also invite everyone to check out their fairy floss and cake stall - all proceeds to be given to Harden Can Assist.
