Harden Murrumburrah Lions Golf Day A Success

The Harden Murrumburrah Lions enjoyed a great day of golf earlier this month, according to President Hugo Sachs.

“While the wind was a challenge for the golfers, it was a beautiful day,” Mr Sachs said.

“Thirty golfers attended and all said that it was a great event and they would hopefully be back next year. We raised about $700 on the day which will go towards projects that we are involved in locally.” The group hopes to host another golf day next year but may hold the event a little earlier in the year to try and attract a larger pool of golfers.
