Harden Tennis Club Holds Mini Camp

After a successful Open Day, the Harden Tennis Club has held its first mini camp.

Janine Tremelling will be coaching in Harden in 2022 and is a former pro tour player who reached a career high ranking of 53. Janine has many years experience as a coach and won the Newcome Medal for Coaching Excellence in 2015.

Last Saturday, the 18th of December from 9-11am, a number of local children attended the camp to learn some tennis skills and most importantly had lots of fun.

“She was a good coach. High energy, very positive and a great rapport with the kids,” was what one of the parents had to say about Janine.

HTC was thrilled to meet Janine, and her brother Gary and see the courts being put to good use.

We are looking forward to offering coaching to the community next year and seeing many more children back on the courts.
