Hilltops Council Invites Community Groups To Apply For Funding

Hilltops Council urgest community ands porting groups and individuals to take the opportunity to apply for available funding through its Small-Scale Infrastructure Fund and General Fund for Community Financial Assistance.

Hilltops Council has urged community organisations seeking financial assistance or sponsorship from Council during 2023-2024 to apply now. Organisations have access to two funds under the Council’s Financial Assistance Program:

Fund 1 - Small-Scale Infrastructure Fund

This fund assists organisations in providing infrastructure for their community or sporting group.

Council will fund up to 50 per cent of the cost of the infrastructure, to a maximum of $2,500.

Fund 2 - General Fund for Community Financial Assistance

This fund is designed to help community groups and organisations to undertake special programs or events.

The Council will fund a maximum of $2,500 towards an event or program.

Not-for-profit groups, organisations or individuals who can demonstrate that their event or activity would benefit the community are eligible to apply for the Council’s Sponsorship Program.

Council will fund a maximum of $2,500 towards the event or activity.

Submit applications and supporting information on the prescribed forms available at https://www.hilltops.nsw.gov.au/Services/Grants-and-Funding/Hilltops-Financial-Assistance-and-Sponsorship-Prog.aspx and at Council offices by midnight on Sunday, April 21.

The Hilltops Council Financial Assistance and Sponsorship Program recognises the important contribution that community groups and organisatiosn play in the development of our community.

Council provides support to encourage and assist community groups and organisations to continue to make a positive contribution.
