The Boorowa Museum is currently searching for copies of Boorowa News.
Museum secretary, Sharon Meere said they were particularly interested in issues from the 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s, so if you are sitting on a publication or two think about reaching out to the museum.
“We are looking to complete our collection of newspapers that are stored in our Print Studio,” Ms Meere said.
“We are happy to accept single papers or collections as we are receiving a lot of family research enquiries at the moment and these are the papers we are missing.”
If you can help the museum complete its collection, contact Sharon Meere at 0415 207 541.
Technology has changed so much over the years, particularly in the print news industry.
You can also catch a live demonstration of the original Proofing Press in action on March 11 and 18 and learn how your newspaper went to print in the past.
