New Café For Young

Young has a new café, with the Elevation II café opening its doors in mid-October.

Owners Lee Murray, Peter Slater and David Murphy were looking to build on their success of the Elevation Restaurant at the Hilltops Retreat by opening the Elevation II café.

The appeal was opening a café in the heart of town to complement the out of town restaurant. They were looking to showcase a back to basics menu with old fashioned food like real hamburgers and steak sandwiches. There is also an assortment of fresh homemade cakes and slices with a variety of drinks available.

The café is the only place in town where you can savour a Segafredo coffee, with the brand generally being city based, but making an exception for the Elevation II café.

The café has a strong emphasis on buying local and supporting local businesses, using the local butcher, greengrocer etc.

Elevation II cafe is also available for corporate catering.

The café is open for breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake Monday to Saturday.

Great food, great coffee, great people!
