Silent Art Auction To Raise Funds For 2024 Off The Beaten Track

Young Society of Artists join with Hilltops Arts to stage a silent art auction upstairs in Studio One at the Southern Cross Cinema to raise funds for the organisation and promotion of the 2024 Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art and Cultural Trail.

The silent auction will feature original works by 30 local and regional artists.

Exhibited works of fine art, sculptures, wood and porcelain will be up for grabs to the highest bidder.

The public is invited to silently browse and bid for that must-have art piece or Buy Now option of art.

Gifts will also be available from the trading table.

Previews and bidding will begin at 5 pm on July 21 and end at 8:30 pm on July 28, climaxing with a night of fun from 7 pm to 9 pm bubbles, refreshments, raffles and door prizes.

Judy Barker will donate her time and skills to provide live mood music for the silent auction.

Entry is just $5 at the door for a night of fun and door prizes up for grabs every 15 minutes.

Auction item values are based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and Harts Incorporated.

All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements or they will be disqualified.

Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item if they meet the bid minimum.

The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction, or the bidder who chooses the Buy Now option where applicable, will win the item.
