Young Black Dog Ride
Raising awareness of depression and suicide prevention. There will be guest speakers, services and raffles as well as the ride. Registrations open at 7am at the Young Railway Station on the day of the ride, Sunday the 16th of March.
One More Round For Roy
In support of Roy Jewitt, there will be a fundraiser on the 21st to the 22nd of February. Roy’s friend Matt Horder, Roy’s son Jesse and friend Narelle will be rowing 3km, riding 3km and running 2km every hour on the hour for 24 hours.
There will also be a Relay for Roy that will run alongside the Run, Row, Ride at Cranfield Oval with teams registering to walk the track for 24 hours. Registration is $25 per person. Zone 2 Pony Club Rally and Grading
Hosted by the Harden Pony Club who will provide the canteen at the Harden Murrumburrah Showground. All Zone 2 independant riding members aged 26 and under are invited to attend. Dressage, show jumping and cross country lessons, show jumping and cross country grading. Held on Sunday the 23rd of February. Register on Just Go.
Young PCYC Safe Driver Course
The Safer Drivers Course aims to provide learner drivers with the knowledge they need to reduce road risks and prevent accidents by becoming a safe driver. You receive 20 hours in your log book. 72nd Annual Koorawatha Show
Free rides and activities for the kids, dog trials, horse events, market stalls, live music, arts & crafts pavillion, cars & tractors on show and food & drink including the Koorawatha Co-Op. Held on Sunday the 2nd of March at the Koorawatha Showground. The Show is presented by the Koorawatha Show Society and begins at 10am.
Annual 000 Charity Golf Tournament

Grenfell Goannas 2025 Poker Run
The Grenfell Goannas 2025 Poker Run will take place on Saturday the 1st of March. Registrations will be open from 7am on the day at the Grenfell Bowling Club. Breakfast will be available from 6.30am at Unwind Cafe, proud sponsor of the event. Departure will be 9.30am sharp. $1000 prize money and lucky door prizes. Cost is $30 and includes live entertainment by Elk Mountain. Dinner will be available at the Bowling Club, the last stop on the run. Courtesy bus available.
