Musicians Susan Blake on cello and John Martin on piano will perform at Ross Memorial Uniting Church on Sunday, September 1 from 2 pm as Silo Sounds presents Spring Won’t Wait.
Everyone is invited to celebrate the bursting joy of a new season with what promises to be a sublime musical experience.
Susan Blake, a remarkable musician and cellist, performs with passion, beauty and energy. She has performed frequently as a soloist as well as with orchestras and ensembles in Australia and Europe. Susan plays upon a cello made by Giovanni Grancino in Milan in 1701.
Performing with Susan this time round is pianist John Martin, a colourful, consummate, engaging and vibrant performer with a career of great variety. John is also an accomplished composer.
