Visit the Murrumburrah-Harden Community Garden and stock up on a few edibles for some hearty meals as the weather gets cooler.

Murrumburrah-Harden Rotarian and Community Garden spokesperson Rita O’Connor has urged people to visit the garden and pick some of the produce before it is too late.

There are plenty of bok choi leaves and herbs ready to pick.

About a dozen green tomatoes are left on the vine, but they wont’ last long.

There are also plenty of small green capsicums, but the bushes have already been hit hard by frost, so they aren’t going to last long.

All of the gardens have been planted out prior to winter and are growing.

At this point, there are no scheduled working bees until at least July, but everyone else welcome to visit the garden at any time.
