The First Lions Community Markets For 2024 Easter Weekend

The dates for this year’s Lions Community Markets have been set and will kick off on Easter Saturday, March 30.

Three markets have been planned, each a 5th Saturday of the month - March 30, June 29 and August 31. For car boot sellers, the markets are an opportunity to clear out the shed and get rid of some of those things that you no longer want but are too good to throw out.

Stallholders have an opportunity to showcase and sell their home-made wares. It could be home baking, soaps, candles, knitted and crocheted items, and the list goes on.

Walk around the markets and follow the delicious aromas of tea, coffee and barbecue carried on the breeze. There’s nothing like getting out into the community and rubbing shoulders with friends and acquaintances at the markets.

The Lions of Young Community Markets will be at Anderson Park on Lovell Street, Young from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturday, March 30.
