Young Food Hall Wraps Another Successful Year

Thanks to the support of LFE as the auspice of the Young Food Hall, Woolworths Young, and Aldi for their food donations, the Food Hall has had another successful year of servicing the needs of families in the Hilltops community.

Many local producers have also donated food and the general public have made monetary donations for which we are ever grateful.

The Food Hall continued to open as an essential service during the COVID-19 restrictions and after 7 years of operation continues to provide economic relief and a friendly social outlet for clients.

The success of the Food Hall is a combined effort but without our wonderful volunteers, the doors would not be able to open. A huge thank you to you all.

As our volunteers deserve a well-earned rest, the facility will close for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. The last shop + Christmas Bonus Shop will be from 9am - 12pm Wednesday the 22nd of December 2021.

The Young Food Hall will reopen at 9am on Wednesday the 19th of January 2022.
