Young Indoor Bowls Report

It was another great week of indoor bowls last week, with players in the double numbers both Monday and Wednesday.

Chris Wright and Andrew Lesiuk won on Monday night, with ten players joining in the fun.

On Wednesday, August 23 fourteen members played two games of ten ends, with Bob Matin, Libby Johnson, Sue Palin and Sonia Corcoran winning with 26 points.

Hot on their tails were runners-up Rod Palin, Mary Storm, Hap Richens and Don Cruickshank with 25 points. Rod Palin took home the Club voucher.

Indoor Bowls is played at the S&C Club on Monday and Wednesday nights, meeting at 6 pm for a 6:30 pm start. Everyone is welcome and you can contact Barry at 0400 987 684 for more information.
